Why did you join the SK, and did you choose the Blews specifically?: Well it is all down to Dave Cox after a talk round my house and him telling me that I should join the pike block (being the gentlemen of the Regiment) and not to join the musket, as I would find it to easy. Mr Cox said that a few of the regimental members were meeting that weekend at Rochford and I should go along for a drink to meet them. So I did and after a drink or two (well it my have been 7 to 10 pints) I signed up! And that was it.
